The project is done in a minimalist style. The main emphasis was placed on the layout of the apartment. Since the apartment is located on the 28th floor of the Taryan Towers complex, the main task was to place the furniture so that from any corner you could enjoy the incredible views.
Just imagine waking up, opening the curtains with a single tap on your phone, and lying in bed admiring the city from a bird's-eye view. Or preparing breakfast and watching your favorite city come to life.
Special attention should be paid to the kitchen: the facades are made using pocket door technology, thanks to which the kitchen work area turns into a closed space with one movement. This solution harmoniously fits into the studio layout and at the same time visually hides the kitchen functionality.
The apartment has two dressing rooms: the first one is for outerwear and shoes, the second one is in the master suite area, with an island for jewelry and accessories and a convenient makeup table.
There is also a technical room that allows you to zone all household procedures.
